Viettel set to take 70 % stake in Haiti's Teleco
Vietnamese military-owned fixed, mobile and broadband operator Viettel Corporation has placed the sole qualifying bid for a majority stake in Haitian state-run fixed line provider Telecommunications d’Haiti (Teleco).
